The short version: nothing tracks you here unless you say yes, and the site works exactly the same if you say no.

Who we are

FindMeGPT is an AI Search Optimization agency operating the website findmegpt.ai. For anything in this policy, contact anthony@findmegpt.ai.

What we collect, and when

  • Analytics cookies, only with your consent. If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic sources, aggregated usage) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session behavior such as scrolling and clicks). Neither loads before you accept. If you click "Reject all", they never load.
  • Cookieless performance metrics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. These are aggregated, do not use cookies, and do not track you across sites, which is why they run without a consent prompt.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to any list without asking.

Cookies and local storage

  • fmg_consent: a small record in your browser's local storage that remembers your cookie choice for up to 12 months, so we do not ask on every visit.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies, but only after you accept.

Your choices

You can decline analytics in the banner, and the site works fully without them. You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, which reopens the banner. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser at any point.

Where the data goes

Analytics data is processed by Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and Vercel (hosting and performance metrics) under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising of any kind.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it stays relevant to our conversation.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email anthony@findmegpt.ai and we will sort it out.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
